a discussion rubric which was published in our book <i>Distance
Learning in Higher Education: A Programmatic Approach to Planning,
Design, Instruction, Evaluation, and Accreditation</i>. Although I
wasn't the original author, it's one that I've adopted in many online
graduate classes and reflects a less prescriptive grading approach than
I used when I first started teaching online. <br>
